In this interview, Common Good Chair Philip K. Howard discusses the implications of health courts for health care. Among the advantages of health courts, Howard mentions “providing reliable compensation to more people,” protecting innocent doctors, and creating reliable standards of care. He concludes that “a health court would make everything work more quickly and reliably with fewer attorney fees.”
